سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبالغ – بريق Bariiq

في بريق Bariiq نلتزم بتقديم تجربة تسوق عادلة وشفافة، ونسعى دائمًا للحفاظ على حقوق عملائنا وفقًا لأحكام قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.

1- الاسترجاع والاستبدال

• جميع العملاء يحق لهم معاينة المنتج عند الاستلام قبل الدفع للتأكد من مطابقته لما تم طلبه.

• بمجرد إتمام عملية الاستلام بعد المعاينة والموافقة، لا يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بحجة أن المنتج غير مطابق.

• يقتصر حق الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط على حالات وجود عيب صناعة مثبت أو خطأ في الطلب، وذلك خلال 48 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام (طبقًا للمادة 21 من القانون).

• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، مع التغليف الكامل والملحقات والفاتورة.

2- الاستثناءات

• طبقًا للمادة 17 من القانون، المنتجات التي تلامس الجسم مباشرة (مثل الساعات والإكسسوارات) لا يجوز استرجاعها أو استبدالها إلا إذا شابها عيب صناعة.

• لا يقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في حالة الاستخدام، أو فقدان الحالة الأصلية للمنتج أو التغليف.

3- استرداد المبالغ (Refunds)

• في حال ثبوت عيب صناعة أو خطأ في الطلب، يحق للعميل استرداد كامل قيمة المنتج.

• يتم رد المبلغ بنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 7 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج وفحصه.

• في حالة الدفع الإلكتروني، قد يتم خصم رسوم إدارية من مزودي خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني وفقًا لشروط البنك أو شركة الدفع.

• رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا كان السبب خطأ من بريق Bariiq أو وجود عيب صناعة.

4- كيفية تقديم الطلب والتواصل

• يجب على العميل التواصل مع خدمة العملاء خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام عبر:

• بعد استلام المنتج وإجراء الفحص الفني، يتم إخطار العميل بالنتيجة واستكمال الإجراءات.

5- الشحن والمعاينة

• الشحن مجاني لجميع الطلبات داخل مصر.

• يحق للعميل فحص ومعاينة المنتج عند الاستلام للتأكد من حالته ومطابقته قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.

• بعد الموافقة على الاستلام، لا يقبل الاسترجاع إلا في حالة عيوب الصناعة فقط.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – Bariiq

At Bariiq, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent shopping experience in full compliance with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.

1- Returns & Exchanges

• Customers have the right to inspect the product upon delivery before completing the payment to ensure it matches their order.

• Once the product is accepted after inspection and delivery is confirmed, it cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons of non-conformity.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 48 hours from the date of receipt in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the product was delivered incorrectly (in line with Article 21 of the law).

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all packaging, accessories, and the purchase invoice.

2- Exceptions

• As per Article 17 of the law, products that come into direct contact with the body (such as watches and accessories) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

• Products that are used, damaged, or missing their original packaging/parts are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

3- Refunds

• In the case of an approved return due to a manufacturing defect or order error, customers are entitled to a full refund of the product price.

• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days after inspection and approval.

• For online/electronic payments, administrative fees may be deducted by the payment service provider in line with their terms.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to Bariiq’s error or a defective product.

• Once the product is collected and inspected, Bariiq will confirm eligibility and proceed with the exchange or refund.

5- Shipping & Inspection

• Free shipping is provided for all orders within Egypt.

• Customers are entitled to inspect the product upon delivery before making payment.

• After acceptance upon delivery, returns are only possible in the case of manufacturing defects.
